I would like to inform you that we will be starting a new program that will be offering lunch to needy people on the fourth of July. As for this year, we expect more than 800 needy people to attend the event. This will include both single people and families at lunch and the festivities. There will be eight yellow envelopes in a box and eight cards. The money that will be raised from the sale of a single box will provide a Fourth of July lunch for eight people. You are one of our Partners and principal contributor, so we are inviting you to attend the event as a way of giving back to society. I must admit that without the donations of people like you, the charity program will only depend on the sale of the cards and the yellow envelopes, so your sponsorship will go a long way in ensuring that the needy people within society will have a breathtaking Fourth of July. Apart from that, your sponsorship plays a significant role in motivating volunteers who work for the charity to help the needy people in society, at the end of the day, the volunteers feel that they are working together will major donors to change the lives of the less disadvantaged in society. In addition to that, your donations go a long way in sustaining the Healthy Food Table charity to continue organizing events where the needs of the poor and needy in society can be zoomed into, and put in a platform of solution. I also want to inform you that you touched the lives of five children in last year's donations. Through the charity event that we hosted last year, you donated funds to support needy children living in California. That simple act of kindness made it possible for the children to get an education, they managed to join the high schools of their choice and today they are out there chasing their dreams. The impact of such donations cannot be underestimated; they are the best way that a person can give back to society.

I am writing to you as a way of maintaining our relationship.
