Pho
Pho is a famous dish often cooked for breakfast. It is common on the northern side of Vietnam, which experiences a cooler climate. It comprises rice noodles, bone soup, and a good supply of fresh herbs. pho can be prepared in either chicken or beef flavor (Chung).
Banh Xeo
Banh xeo also termed as the sizzling cake, is another delicious and addictive snack that is regarded with great favor as street food in Saigon and Hue regions. It is a huge and satisfying pancake.it is made up of pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and eggs. The contents are fried and then rolled with greens. The snack is best eaten after being dipped in fish sauce.
Cao Lau
This is a mysterious dish that is only prepared in Hoi-An region. This is because the recipe demands that the dish should only be made with water fetched from Ba Le well. The mixture of water from the well and ashes enrich the taste and texture of this dish. It comprises of noodles, pork, and greens.
Mi Quang
It is a dish comprised of thick noodles combined with pork, garlic, and herbs.it is topped with eggs. Shrimp, peanut and broth.it is common in Danang region
Bun Cha
The dish originates from Hanoi's capital.it is made up of pork containing a lot of fat, rice noodles, and herbs.
Banh Mi
This is a sandwich common in southern Vietnam where there is a strong influence of French cooking. It comprises of pate, pork herbs carrots, and chili.
White Rose Dumplings
The dish is locally from Hoi, a region.it is comprised of dough filled with spicy shrimp or pork and steamed dumplings (Chung). The dish is topped with shallot and dipped in sauce
O Mai
This dish is common in Hanoi and sold along with the Hang Doung streets.it is a snack made from preserved salted and sugared fruits.
Com Lam
This is a dish that has its origin in northern Vietnam, especially in Sapa. its preparation includes placing sticky rice in bamboo sticks, which are later tied using banana leaves and then roasted over hot coal. The dish is served with chicken or pork.
Chao Long
Unlike other dishes limited to some regions, Chao long is common all through the country (Chung). It is a porridge made using bone broth from pork and rice. The meal is always served when hot.

Vietnam offers a wide variety of palatable dishes and therefore a haven for all people who love good food.it is certain that the place offers a wide variety which is not only eye-catching and enticing but also healthy therefore calling one and all to dive and munch all their meals.
