How long have you followed a vegetarian diet?I had followed a vegetarian diet for quite some time since when I was a kid. It was possible since I never liked meat. It is my responsibility to ensure that the diet is nutritionally balanced given that a good nutritional diet is a fundamental key to a healthy diet. In my diet, I ensure that the food that I consume have elements of nutrients, essential vitamins that are important for healthy growth. I consume more vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and whole grains.
What are your main concerns for menu planning?My major concerns when it comes to planning the menu includes financial resources, availability, and the time needed to cook that specific type of food, food variety, special occasion, and season when some foods type seems to be available. Based on the above five factors, then I will be at a position to ensure that I come up with better planning for my menu.
Describe a typical day's food intake. The typical day food intake includes vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Food that I take should provide enough vitamins and protein content. It is all about taking enough energy and being at a position to balance the amount of calorie that I consume in the body.

Describe types of supplements taken and the rationale for using them.Yes, I take certain types of dietary supplement, and they includeenergy drinks, minerals, and botanicals. The reason why I take dietary supplements is to make sure that I am getting enough essential nutrients and vitamins that are vital for a healthy body formation.
What are the advantages, as you see it, to following a plant-based diet? I take these diets given that they are rich in vitamins, fiber and body minerals that can help in lowering blood pressure while at the same time reducing the possible risks associated with the diabetics. Additionally, these types of diets also help in reducing related heart diseases and weight loss.
