Furthermore, I have worked in numerous financial positions in different companies and have acquired essential insights within the accounting field. My work experience has equipped me with valuable skills, including management of budgets, maintenance of financial records, and review of business strategies as well as financial risk assessments, which are skills that will enable me to cope up well with master's degree in accounting. Besides, my career has enabled me to have a comprehensive understanding of various accounting software and financial instruments and have been capable of explaining complex information in an understandable manner. My short-term career objective is to learn a new set of skills in organizational management. Since it's a part-time course, it would conveniently fit in my professional life, boosting my ability to manage stress since it would be imperative for me to balance between class, job, and family, hence having long term benefits from the course. I also believe that by being endowed with financial and organizational management abilities, I will make the world a better place by raising the levels of professionalism and work ethics. Having mentioned the need to expand the scope of one of its own kind course, my primary motivation and strength that will propel me to excel in the area is my desire and passion, which would act as the foundation of my motivation.
