Young Women's Christian Association is an organization formed to influence the social, spiritual, intellectual, and morals of young women across the globe (Sumerau and Cragun, 2014). The triangle is used to symbolize the association, which stands for the body, mind, and spirit. It was first established in England in 1855 by two institutions that come together to help women, and the two groups later split forming two different associations, Christians homes for young women and prayer body for young women, they merge again to form the present YWCA.

In the USA, the organization helps its meetings in New York City, making it nationalized in 1906. The primary role of the organization was to help both young women and girls to improve their living standards and claim an opportunity in society. They also offered recreational activities, academic programs to the privilege girls and young women to understand the economic, religious and racial actions of their parties (Emerling, 2019). YWCA has got an online museum that focuses on how young women and girls can use different online platforms. The online museums' platforms help in the spread of the gospel of God and the proper understanding of the word of God.

YWCA has a marketing body with the responsibility to create awareness of its activities to every across the world, and they use different social media platforms to reach more people and send them articles from the organization (Stamatelatos, 2019). Their website contains everything about them, where the audience can interact with them quickly, through asking them questions and receiving answers and post related information to share with others, under proper management of what is posted on the website.

The online museum platforms in YWCA are appropriate and help reach more young girls and women, and under proper management, it has increased more followers to the organization, as more questions regarding the Bible studies answered.

Apart from YWCA, there are also other activism movements in the USA like BlackLivesMatter, which was fighting for living wages, media, and technology. Most of the New York history always advocates for the political, economic rights, and the religion, immigration issues in the country. There are other sectors that the New York history activism impacted, much like the sector of urban farming, and social awareness (Emerling, 2019). YWCA addressed issues that affected the society making it rise and known by many people in the country, and it was made up of young women and students that were looking for accommodation.

Women lead to the revolution in the country creating a safe shelter and improving living standards in the country, the primary concern of the activist groups are: social media norms, domestic violence, political instability, human equality, and the economic rights.

The top competitors of YWCA are the Light House Mission and Sesame Flyers International. They offered the same services as YWCA and located within the same city. YWCA has 114 workers for the organization, Light House Mission having 118 employees, and Sesame Flyers International having 224 workers (Sumerau and Cragun, 2014). YWCA engages in the non-price competition since it does not concentrate on the price but depends on donors that contribute towards its activities and offering high standards of services to women and girls.

YWCA has different donors who offer various services; for example, Nordstrom contributes more than a thousand dollars toward youth programs and development. YWCA is more concerned with young women and girls, and they empower women and girls in society. YWCA serves more than two million people across the country, and its customers rely on it and are not willing at any time to drop the organization and can only do so they start to offer inadequate services (Stamatelatos, 2019). Several factors influence the upcoming of new organizations, for example, capital, government policy, and product differentiation. YWCA is more stable and does not experience any threat from forthcoming organizations.
