The National Party Convention
The two most pronounced parties in the United States play a significant role in the day to day political activities in the Country. Notably, the Republicans and the Democrats have a tradition of participation in the huge rallied National conventions. Additionally, this exercise is held every four years has a right to take part in it. Moreover, the national conventions held before the presidential elections during summer. However, each party's procedural exercise of choosing the delegates to vote for the preferred candidate in the state is considered. Notably, such exercises focus extensively on the domestic problems affecting the US citizens. In addition to these, the national security issues and the foreign policy have an influence of the national party conventions. Moreover, the conventions have so much influence on the nominees according to how they are chosen. Naturally, many potential candidates are selected from a group of nominees who won as the coalitions of states delegations and the party leaders. The national party conventions, therefore, choose the most viable nominees and organize for the ballot boxes set-up for various individuals with their running mates. Additionally, the conventions made it possible to stop the election of a toxic candidate and warned the rank and file voters to substantiate control over the local party organizations (Tang et al., 2016).
National Party Committees
The National party committees is an institution in the US that is registered with the Federal Elections Commission and has an official affiliation with the political party in the subject. Additionally, these committees facilitate the political campaigns through raising of money and making informed decisions with the respect on how the money is spent. Notably, the both Republicans and Democrats parties committees have their different own rules to ensure productivity of the campaigning parties. The National party committees are increasingly gaining importance in the presidential election years since they plan for the nomination of candidates and structures the expenditure on whole process (Hennessy. 2017).
Congressional Campaign Committees
Notably, the congressional campaign committees in the US serves to elect the preferred candidates to the corresponding body. Additionally, the committee raises funds and structures the organization of different races alongside recruiting the candidates to form a stable election. Naturally, the congressional campaign committee depends on the national conventions to select the most suitable candidate nominees to proceed to the final elections. In fashion with this, the said committee works alongside the National Party committee to facilitate campaigns through the support obtained from raising of funds. Moreover, the three systems work together to form a stable organizational structure of the two parties in the US. This is, therefore, a clear indication of a well-organized system of the parties that makes the US be exceptionally developed as regards politics.
