An internship entails a program that is officially offered by an employer to students who are potential employees. The students are taught how to transform the learning knowledge to the appropriate skills required in the real work field. I was attached for an internship at Crystal Chicago as the management analyst. My role as an analyst was crucial to develop my professionalism in the workplace. I was able to gather information and make solutions that facilitated the achievement of goals for the company.

Be more vocal among employees at the company. Usually, I refer to myself as a reasonably outbound, positive person. Thus, able to maintain a relative conversation with people and connect with strangers. However, I was amazed when someone at the company suggested that I appeared timid. For sure, I am a professional and peasant at work (Cohen 17). As a new boss, it is critical to be more vocal to allow productive relationships with other employees. Hence, providing a chance for the employees to request advice and ask questions concerning the job.

I should have a connection with other interns in other departments. Networking is significant in the field of job and diverse interaction with other people. Thus, in the period of my internship, it would be imperative to network with other interns from other departments. After the course, the interns proceed to work in various companies, thus connecting with them to ensure a wide range of opportunities to find new sources or jobs. For instance, I interned with an entire group of girls at Crystal Chicago, but I never got the chance to interact and connect with them. However, it would benefit me in the future for having more company contacts to search for job opportunities.

My work as a management analyst in the internship facilitated the application of education knowledge to real-world experience. My expectations were fulfilled after implementing the learning skills in the workforce field. Thus, providing various paths of career and specializations basing on individual interests (Negrut 308). Therefore, internship improved my work experience through the application of different learning techniques to the actual workforce.

The internship chance helped to promote my professionalism in the workplace. Through the internship, students acquire soft skills that are significant in the leadership and workplace. Thus, as a business management analyst, I gained skills such as leadership, teamwork management, problem-solving, and communication. Hence, I was able to understand how a professional workplace operates through learning the organization's culture and leadership structure.

Mostly our expectations of the internship are to help build a proper resume. Many organizations require new employees to have some experience in getting employed. Thus, many lose the job opportunity due to the lack of workplace experience. Through the internship in the Crystal Chicago company, I got the chance to acquire my resume. Hence, giving me a higher credit to receive a job in various organization.

Exposure to the real world enables me to shape my future choices in management. Through the knowledge, skills, and general practices learned from the internship, ensures appropriate decision making in the management field. Moreover, exposure to new people allows innovative ideas from diverse cultural backgrounds (Negrut 314). Thus, it provides the invention of new methods, which improves the operations of the company in the future.

Furthermore, internship experience helps in networking with other professionals. Thus, shaping my future decision concerning management. Hence, the experience helps me to network with individuals having the same goals as mine. Through acquiring skills to interact with strangers, helps the management to employ the appropriate personnel for jobs.

Moreover, the internship enhanced the development of solutions and improvements in management. The business analyst should be capable of designing appropriate solutions. Thus, through the skills learned from the internship helps to make precise solutions in the future career. Hence, allowing the proper decision making in the future from the techniques acquired from the internship.

An internship allows individuals to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Hence, the course offers the chance to the interns to identify their mistakes and learn from them. More so, it allows the interns to ask questions they do not understand. Thus, after the internship, you can acquire appropriate managerial skills to learn a management department.

The experience from the internship boosted my academic levels. The application of the coursework knowledge to the real workforce enhanced my confidant in being academically qualified. Thus, from my perspective, the internship prepared my attitude towards the field of management. However, the period of the internship was concise, hindering me from perfecting as a profession of management. The experience helped me gain some level of professionalism though I expected to learn the whole concept of professionalism.

An internship is substantial in preparing someone for real job application. Thus, after the internship, I feel it is essential to search for a job or find another chance of internship. Hence, enabling the continuity of applying skills learned from the previous placement. The lack of responsibility after the course hinders students from practicing the knowledge gained, thus affecting their future job opportunities.

In conclusion, work experience is essential when it comes to getting a job vacant in many organizations. Thus, all students should ensure they apply for an internship to boost their resume. Hence, students should carefully learn how to convert their education knowledge to working skills.
