In the learning process, the main emphasis should be based on the experience and the outcome of the training process, which is results from an improved and sustainability context. Based on the program, this program is applied as the participants are majorly involved in developing the community development program.

The community development project is based on consultations to ensure effectiveness, and this principle is applied by WBBC to set up the concepts that drive the program by providing training for learners through consultation (Stephens, Baird & Tsey 2013).
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths: The program is one of the best initiatives for driving community development. Based on some of the elements used by the institution, it clear that this program is beneficial for the community. It can help to overcome most of the social, economic, and cultural issues. According to me, the elements used to ease training presents significant strengths; these include an emphasis on the use of education to encourage community development. Education acts as one of the political tools that promotes job opportunities and helps to liberate or control the community. The incorporation of indigenous and western cultures is also one of the strengths that are evident in the program. It helps students identify gaps and establish intervention to solve some of the issues in the community.
Weaknesses: there are some of the problems in the community that this program does not address or unable to solve. The problem of how to evaluate the complex indigenous problems in the community does not only require training. The results of the education as a result of the training program presented by WBBC is an intervention that needs further studies to determine its effectiveness. Community development. In my opinion, the program inadequately addresses the outcomes of the elements identified as the main factors driving the training.
