A stakeholder is a group or a person whose concern or interest is in a particular situation or an organization. The policies, objectives, actions and policies may affect the stakeholder if the Companys directors, creditors, employees and the suppliers operate in that particular organization. The equaliy of the stakeholders of the organization are not always done since each stakeholder has a different impact on the organization. PharmaCare has got the various stakeholders and to start off there is the healers in Colberia(Fernando, 2010). The stakeholders are significant since they area great contributor to the research and the drug manufacturing. The Coleberias are part of the Companys stakeholders since they give the company cheap labor by facilitating the harvesting of plants that are needed as the raw materials.

This paper will examine the common issue that the companies face when dealing with the employees relations and the factors in the company that is in extreme and they violate the laws to hide the illegal practices. PharmaCARE is one of the worlds most successful pharmaceutical company as it enjoys the reputation of a caring, ethical and well-running company whose products has saved millions of lives (Fernando, 2010). The company has got the tendency to offer discounted and free drugs to the consumers who have got low income. Their ethics, however, should be questioned due to its many wrongdoings and the established ethical values.

Based in New Jersey, PharmaCARE has got the large manufacturing facility in the Africa nation of the Colberia.

The essential characteristics of the stakeholder are that they all have got an interest in the business they are undertaking. If someone has got an interest in any company he or she becomes a stakeholder. They are entities that can be affected as a result of an individual business. A supplier can be considered as a stakeholder because the organization solely depends on him. In the scenario the PharmaCARE, the stakeholders include; the shareholders, the management, the employees, the suppliers, the healers of the company of the Colberia, the Colberias that work for the PharmaCARE, the executives of the PharmaCARE, the state government in New Jersey, the US Federal government and the government of Colberia. It is because of this reason that the state government in New Jersey is interested in PharmaCARE as the company is required to comply with the laws and paying taxes. The healers in Colberia are stakeholders since the company obtains local remedies from them as they market them.

Human Rights Issues Presented by PharmaCAREs Treatment of the Colberias Indigenous Population Versus That of Its Executives

Although PharmaCARE is one of the most successful pharmaceutical companies in the world, it does not follow the ethical aspects of the business since it shares minimum profit margins with their deserved employees and the shareholders. PharmaCARE treatment of the Colberias indigenous population is unethical and irresponsible socially manner (Trong Tuan, 2012). The creation of the social issues in the Colberias like out coming to the threats, the habitat and the threatened species through carrying out different activities and practices.

The company has got a tendency of taking the benefits or the profits margin of the low standard of living and the plight of the Colberia(Fernando, 2010). They provide the employees with low remuneration, wages and minimum profit margin with the employees who deserve better. They offer luxury accommodation and high living styles to the executives. When comparing the employees to the executive, the treatment is very different and unethical too.

The low living standard is what drives the employees to look for employment and as a result, the company takes advantage by providing little remuneration, shares in profit and wages to the employees. On the other hand, the companys executive has many amenities, facilities, and benefits. The employees are subjected to poor standard houses without water, electricity and other essential services that can show that the PharmaCARE is unethical. Unfair compensation is also witnessed as the policy is befitted which see to it that the employees are paid $1.00 in a day to stand for the number of healers that are also in the unethical part and business practices.

Recommend At Least Three (3) Changes PharmaCARE Can Make to Be More Ethical Going Forward

The original treatment was unethical and very inappropriate as it brought negativity in the Companys reputation, the companys image and business. Due to this fact, the company should take some of the considerations so that they can have actions that are more ethical. The three changes that the Company should face for this to happen should be; the transformation of the compensation policy, providing the services of the customer at a deserving cost in the treatment of the indigenous population of the Colberia and finally the Company should be able to bring changes in the providence of profits that are fair to the executives and also the employees.

The compensation policy should be in a position to favor every individual who is both the employee, the shareholder and the executives (Chandler, 2013). The remuneration should be fair to all so as the business could be considered as ethical. In the context of Utilitarianism, the right way to handle the situation is to choose the alternative and be able to compare the best things and the benefits of the action that are done and not the decision. The steadfastness of the universal for example the respect for life, fairness, and the ethics that the humans care for the capability of being able to cultivate the habits that are good and right is what makes the business to be unethical.

To sum up, the company can consider providing quality health services to the Colberias indigenous people at a sufficient or an affordable price putting into consideration the low living standards of the people around. By so doing the Company will not only have accomplished the social responsibility but also the ethical one. In the year 1992, there was a conference on the environment that decided to host convention over the biological diversity (Agle, 2008). The meeting involved the solving of the biodiversity and the equitable sharing of the benefits of the results. They use the United States Law to protect its intellectual property. There is the provision of a patent which is a legal certificate that gives an inventor that gives exclusive rights that prevent another person from producing, importing or even selling its invention for a particular period.

PharmaCAREs Environmental Initiative against the Backdrop of its Anti-Environmental Lobbying Efforts.

PharmaCARE environment initiative can be the process of waste management that involve some steps like a recycling of waste, reducing the waste and improving the packaging process while taking other green initiatives or better yet the alternative actions. The green initiatives and the others can be right for the establishment of the anti-environmental lobbying effects and the activities that are carried out by the Colberia. The initiatives are there so that they can help the Company to follow the ethics of the business together with the reduction of adverse effects that the Colberias cause on the environment that result in pollution.

PharmaCAREs Actions on the Indigenous People of Colberia

PharmaCAREs action with the alliance to the people of Colberias is not at all related to the Deontology ethical theory and the issue of utilitarianism. The application of the issue of Utilitarianism cannot be applicable since what is more important to the PharmaCARE is making a profit and not harming the significant people of Colberia. By offering discounted and free drugs to the employees of low income, the company discards the welfare of its employees. The Deontology ethical theory would not apply to this case as the theory can only apply to equality and the treatment of appreciation, respect and fairness. The company does not have appreciation and consideration towards its employees although it treats the Colberia people equally.

Virtue ethics is based on morality and honesty and in that context; no relation can be compared. PharmaCARE goes hand in hand with an ethic of care so that they can improve on the value and the quality of life of the Colberias population, in respect to the issue of moral and right the projection is that the Company does not behave ethically so as to avoid the inspection. The Company does not conduct or act ethically since selling of drugs is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.

Comparing PharmaCAREs Action with one Company

The PharmaCAREs actions can be compared with KanCare Company, which was recorded to behave the same way as the PharmaCARE Company. The company behaves unethically as it faces an incendiary lawsuit over the practices of the business. The safety and the Health Administration had ruled against the KanCare as it is established by credible evidence since t has got poor performance and unethical treatment of the employees. KanCare and PharmaCARE treat its employees unequally and unfairly. The employees are not given basic facilities and fair compensation which in turns causes ethical, environmental and the safety that is in the workplace.

Conclusion

In a nutshell, the PharmaCARE behave entirely different with their executives and the employees, and that is not at all ethical in the business. The fact that the employees are not taken into consideration as the luxury and the comfort is only given to the executives, and the employees are left to the poor living conditions and inadequate housing with insufficient wages to provide for their basic needs such as electricity, clean water, and food. Although the Company is exposed to a lot of opportunities its more determined to practise profit maximization rather than benefiting the employees in undertaking the business ethics. The amendment of the policies and implementation of the strategies that can allow the Company to embrace more remuneration policies and procedures should be in the forefront so as to make sure that the Company looks after its employees and it does not exploit them unnecessarily. The employees should be able to be given their basic needs and a conducive environment to work in which is fair with the other employees.
