More significantly, by implementing the staffing policy in nursing homes can provide the comparative advantage to the facility and as a result better financial performance, particularly in markets where competition is very stiff. The compliance rate in Pennsylvania Nursing Homes compared to other related organizations offering the same services reveal the same trend as it involves financial capabilities to comply with the policy wholeheartedly.
