Therefore, the same way the constitution is critical for other countries, Catholand is not an exception, and it will too require a constitution. The piece is going to provide some of the proposed laws for Catholand with regards to domestic policies, foreign policies and environments protection.

Domestic Policies

Here are the proposed laws for domestic policy for the Catholand:

The state shall ensure the citizen's gender equality and zero tolerance to racial profiling. This will strengthen the Catholic advocacy for individual freedom care for everyone without disparity in terms of gender, age or race; for instance, this will address the need for gender questioning children (Brady, 2017).

The state shall not allow in-kind of discrimination in the clinical setting, i.e. the disparity that involve race, gender, education, sex, socio-economic status etc. Every citizen will be guaranteed the right to access medical services without prejudice or discrimination as demonstrated in the Catholic belief that everybody is equal and was created in the likeness of God (Brady, 2017).

Foreign Policies

The state shall enact and implement laws that will meet its obligations to the execution of human rights and fundamental freedom. The state shall participate in the international peace missions and other support operations. This resonates with the Catholic custom to support additional and promote peaceful co-existence among communities or societies (Golan, Arceneaux, & Soule, 2019).

The state shall allow non-citizens who are will to living in the Catholand without making obligations to their race or religion. The state shall not discriminate directly or indirectly any person residing in the Catholand concerning race, sex, marital status, social origin, colour, age, disability, religion, belief, culture or language (Wright, 2017). The state shall allow a person who has been married to a citizen for eight years to register for citizenship. There will be a review of criminal profile for such persons to make sure that they have not been involved in serious offences for the past eight years they lived in the country. This support the belief of the Catholic community that a wife is a rib of man and marriage does not consider race, colour or language (Wright, 2017).

The state shall allow a child adopted by a citizen to apply for citizen registration. This kind of citizenship will not be revoked as may apply in section 2 (a) and (b). Catholic community believe in helping others, and thus this law will promote the culture by allowing citizens to adopt children from various countries (Vincent, 2017).

The state will define the arms of the government that will constitute the board that will enact and implement international economic policies. This will establish the cooperation of the Catholand with other countries with regards to exportation and importation of good and services. Catholic culture supports working together in almost every aspect (Brady, 2017).

Environmental Protection Policies

The state shall ensure that everyone residing inside the country has the right to a clean and healthy environment. The environment will include the scope of protecting the environment for current and future benefits. The Catholic community also believe that protecting the environment is next to Godliness (Brady, 2017).

The state will ensure sustainable exploitation, utilization, management and conservation of the environment and the natural resources and insure that the citizens equally benefit it. This would be achieved by encouraging the vegetation cover by at least 10 per cent of the land (Sabbaghi & Cavanagh, 2015).

The state will also ensure cooperation with citizens to protect the government through its organs. This will ensure the protection and the conservation of the environment and make sure that sustainable ecology development and the use of natural resources (Sabbaghi & Cavanagh, 2015).

The state shall give provision to citizens to seek the court re-address if they suspect that their right to clean and healthy environment is directly or indirectly being denied, threatened or violated. The Catholic community trust in the processing of law and provision of punishment regarding sins (Vincentnathan, Vincentnathan, & Smith, 2016).

The state shall define the clarity of state private land and public lands and will allow the citizens to own property without any disparity that is subject to race, gender, social status or religion among other diverse discrepancies. Catholic community believes in equality (Taylor, Van Wieren, & Zaleha, 2016).
