Introduction

According to Noel (2013), politics of America are organized in parties and ideologies. Ideologies have great influence on party coalitions. Conversely, ideologies and parties influence each other. Politics of America are organized into parties and ideologies. The politics of the United States of America is defined by a broad system of political beliefs characterized by conservatism and socialism among others. In a conservatism environment, private ownership, free enterprise, and socially conservative ideas are prevalent (Scruton, 2015). In this regard, private companies offer a plethora of social services to the population of U.S. citizens. The publicly-funded social welfare programs have no place in a conservatism political system. In the U.S., Medicare, and Medicaid social programs provide healthcare services to the public but to specific groups of people. Most of the US. population does not receive the publicly-funded healthcare services and they end up seeking healthcare insurance from the private insurance companies. The conservatism is incorporated in the U.S. political system through the private companies who provide services to the citizens.

On the other hand, socialism is also incorporated into the U.S. political system. There are a variety of social welfare programs that are funded by the Federal government to provide social services (Noel, 2013). Social welfare programs in the U.S. include Medicare and Medicaid which offer socialized medical services to people at risk. Basically, elderly people and those living under poverty are the ones covered by the Medicare and Medicaid respectively (Scruton, 2015). Socialism in the US is also incorporated in the political system through Veteran's Affairs system. This system utilizes public resources to give people health care services, pension, and many other services that American veterans would require. There are other socialized welfare systems that used in the Federal government. One of them is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The second welfare program is the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) which offers insurance to the children. In addition to health, there are also housing socialized programs subsidized by the federal government. Imperatively, the socialist systems are incorporated into the U.S. political system through socialized welfare programs that are subsidized by the federal government.

Perfect Political System of Plato

Utopia refers to a nonexistence place where people dwell in perfect health, harmony, and happiness (Magstadt, 2017). Great thinkers such as Plato, Aristotle, Bacon, Marx, and Skinner among others have over the time thought over having a utopian society. In regard to this, they coined various perfect political systems such as democracy, aristocracy, and oligarchy among others. However, the utopians never stipulated the best form of arrangement of affairs of state that would best satisfy their confrere citizens (Parkinson, 1958). Their input was giving an in-depth analysis of the conditions that would be satisfactory to themselves. Hence, a perfect system of government appears to fallacious as well as self-contradictory. Various utopians came up with a perfect political system such as republic, by Plato, classless society by Marx, New Atlantis by Bacon and Walden Two by Skinner (Magstadt, 2017). The Plato's utopia is founded on the hope that a small group of perfectly wise and morally impeccable philosophers is in a position to undertake the supreme conduct of affairs. In this regard, Plato's Republic political system is a class society consisting of philosophers-guardians, warrior-auxiliaries and farmers and artisans. Plato believed that the authority of the state should rest in the hands of the philosopher-king.
