Introduction
Biology is a topic that covers the learning of things and elements that have a biological origin. Some of the components that are involved in this learning process include morphologies, animals, microbes, and plants. The size of the elements involved in the learning process may range from Nano-micro to macro, considering that the various organizations are made of different structures according to their body functioning and properties. The studies that are done in this field can be from microbes to the biomes and biosphere, which is the highest level in biological organizations. Researchers in the biology field approach the elements they are studying from the smallest to the largest, and they must involve all the elements to ensure that they have a complete understanding of the whole population (Villani, 2017). For example, an ecologist can undertake research on a population, the ecosystem, and biosphere. When studying an organism, its organs and cells can be examined.
Applied science has a great effect on human life, and over the years, people have managed to use vaccines to cure and manage various ailments. Tetanus, polio, and measles are some of the diseases that are managed through vaccines, which are the outcome of applied science utilization. Therefore, without applied science, these diseases would not be manageable, and the community health would be in a risky position with deaths on the rise. The applied science concepts lead to the engineering of activities that trigger the development of technology that assist humanity in the development of various applications (Doherty, Buchy, Standaert, Giaquinto, & Cohrs, 2016). Through medical microbiology, microorganisms are manipulated to favor their use by human beings. Whenever researchers are doing a study, they formulate a hypothesis, test it, and make interpretations, and this helps to understand the effect of a given activity. Therefore, in my daily life, some of the elements that I enjoy would not be there if applied science was not utilized.
The applied science field encompasses laws and theories that states the interactions that exist between energy and matter with the invention of trains, billiard balls, and cargo ships originating from the application of concepts in this field. In my daily life, I have managed to know about the planets and moon due to the use of Newton Spacecraft, laws, and concepts. The electricity and other powers that human beings enjoy in their daily life are made available due to the use of applied science concepts. Physics introduces ideologies that help in learning about the physical world, and when it is combined with math, elements, such as nuclear, quantum, electromagnetism, and light, are discovered, and they play a critical role in the daily living process. The chemistry field that involves the study of molecules and atoms helps in the generation of metals, compounds, liquids, and gases that are useful in the daily living process. Without applied science, there would be no artificial light and heat. The long-distance communication process would not be possible, while a significant number of people would be dead due to the lack of medicine to cure various ailments, such as measles and tetanus.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it is important to note that biology is studied from the smallest concepts to a wider scope, and this helps to ensure that researchers manage to get a wider view of the elements that they are studying. The applied science is a useful tool that help in the dial life of a human being, for it has managed to lead to the generation of electricity, medicine and facilitate the long-distance communication process.
