Introduction

The United States government is made up of the system composed of organs; these organs work in a certain way that each organ regulate the power of the other one. It is one of the best forms of government as it helps in good service delivery. There are three organs in this system, and the organs are the legislature, executive, and judiciary. The legislature is composed of the house of representative, and the Senate. The executive is another organ that regulates powers of the other two thus legislature and judiciary. Executive entails the president and vice president. The judiciary is court. Each of the government organ named above has their functions. The function of each organ work in a manner that they regulate one another. An example of the role of the legislature is which limits another organ is that it examines and approves budgets of the government.

The checks and balances definition contains two parts, Check refers to keeping or reviewing to know the accuracy of something before any action or step is taken, and balance can be defined as the ability of an organization to influence the decision of its organs using a specific mean. So check, and balances system composed of different sections and each section has powers that control one another so that no part does not become more potent than the other. In the video, the point is well outlined. Response: In response to diamond, the end is well described, clearly stated and the reaction in this part vastly tries to relate the current and late form of government and how the recent formation of government seems more effective than those in the olden days where people used to suffer. In the response, the current form of government has the advantages over the last one and benefits as well.

Checks and balances refer to these different parts of an organization or organs, the parliamentary system has its checks and balances and the legislature to has its check and balances. The checks and balances of the legislature are the presidential disapproval by legislation and judicial impeachment. Response: In Gavin response, that is right in the first explanation of checks and balances just because the reaction provided here tries to explain how these organizational organs work to regulate each other. In the second and third part of the response, Gavin explains well what entails the judiciary and even went further to tell the formation of the cabinet where the president is one who forms.

As stated earlier each system has its check and balances, and the organization knows the checks and balances in a presidential system (Wilson, 2017). First, the executive is the system we are supposed to consider and its power to monitor the legislature. It achieves this by vetoing of laws and also monitors executive. In the response, Diamond tries to explain the legislature role in the presidential system, and it includes the ability to impeach the president. In response, Diamond put how the judicial can declare laws unconditional which is right, this organ can do so by the legislation

The control of the judicial court in the United States is judicial review, and it has power in which it exercises most of its activities as well as the functions of the other government organs in the system. Judicial review is where the Supreme Court has the power to announce an executive but in the violation of the law. In response to this part of the question, Rowell puts it right but does not entail the essential elements in the response, and due to that, Rowell's response seems incomplete in the first place. In the second part of response Rowell explain deeply what is not the textual context and response she talk about is how a bill is passed something not asked over here. In the third part, the response seems well explained but also wrong, and it is wrong because it is not necessarily that the Judiciary must rule against the legislature.

Checks and balances of the executive branch of government are the president and the vice president. They are people that make the executive branch. In response to this section, Tyrie puts it right, and she starts by explaining the primary organ of the executive branch of the government. The response is well defined because it is related to the executive branch.

The most important check and balances of the court in the legislature is Congress. It is so because it makes laws and in the executive part, it is the chief justice. Based on the two response, Rowel has points but does not put them right. The answer seems hanging, and explanation seems cool but not precise. In the second response, Tyrie is correct in most of the solutions. Seem cool and explains what is right.

Conclusion

To sum up, there are different forms of government. The types of government have systems in which they are composed of organs. These organs are designed in a way that they regulate the power of one another. The organs we are talking about here is the legislature, executive, and judiciary.

Diamond Put

Well covered. The checks and balances in a parliamentary system are imbalanced because unlike the presidential system where both the executive and the legislature equally check the legislative representatives' lawmaking, the parliamentary system fails to spell out how the legislature arm is supposed to be checked. The executive and the judiciary heads live in fear of the legislature that believes mostly believe the other two arms are more answerable to them than in public.

Garvin Put

The presidential system is more balanced and considerately effective than the parliamentary system. However, in as much as both the executive and the judiciary can check the legislature in term of curtailing their effort to pass unconstitutional laws, the constitutional is unbalanced in providing the legislature with a second option of mobilizing themselves to have a quorum to overturn the decision of the Supreme Court and the president. The weakness of both the presidential and the parliamentary system of governance is that the resolve and resilience of a threshold number of legislators to pass unpopular or unconstitutional laws is unstoppable. They will merely impeach both the president and the Supreme Court judges, vet a friendly lawyer and have their way.

Rowell Put

It is true that the executive and the judiciary have more checks and balances more than the legislative arm of the government. There are limitations to the powers of the judiciary to interpret and review the constitutionality of the laws passed by the legislature. Either the courts may act unilaterally and stall the law-making process out of zeal to tame the judiciary or, the judiciary can still disband the courts and work on the process of having friendly judges to make it easier for their laws to be implemented.

Tyrie Put

This true. We most often fail to think about what these checks and balances can turn into whenever cases of power play creep into governance. Each of these three independent arms of government may fail to agree on how to interpret the constitutionality of a proposed law. The intervention of the courts is in order, but the independence of the judiciary would be more guaranteed if an independent and neutral commission is tasked with the responsibility of vetting and impeaching judges.
