Based on the organizational, technological systems overall changes, it is evident that the systems the organization is adopting are considerably outdated (Harrison and Lock, 2017). In such a scenario, they have inadequate capacity to support the necessary data as well as voice transfer the whole time. It results in a progressively more poor performance amongst their users. Also, their existing network within the organization is presently set up gradually. Therefore, they lack any resilience form within the system resulting in inferences on the usual failure single points in their entire networks. The project objective is to ensure that the organizations have adequate information regarding system upgrade.

2. Aspects of Organizational Change

The main aspects of organizational change include change planning, leadership, management, and maintenance. For the implementation success in upgrading the organization system, there is a need of change planning. Where the road map for change, it is success measurement and goals is planed, created as well as explained. The change leadership would provide support, direction, and strength. Change management would be the primary phase of managing the systems, resources, and people involved to achieve an efficient and quick organizational system. Also, change maintenance is an essential aspect of this scenario (Harrison and Lock, 2017). The organization development program expects to improve the organization performance in termers of advanced IT and telephone networks. The link that exists between the different approaches of change management and OD activity is that all of them seek to achieve improved organizational effectiveness as well as the employee well-being.

3. Project Approach

As a segment of the strategic organization development, the system upgrading failure would lead to the organization not exploiting the new technologies together with the efficiencies connected to such undertakings (Harrison and Lock, 2017). Also, the organization system would even be prone to an important raise in the failures through subsequent adverse insinuations on the organization functioning. At present, there exists a significant dissatisfaction level in the organization. It is as a result of the organization operations as well as failure to accommodate contemporary technology. In this present project, the fundamental approach and role would include upgraded network provision with a capacity of joining all the wired, mobile data, and wireless and telephony. The project implementation success would result in positive implications like faster and increased access to the network. Also, the implementation success would significantly advance the e-learning abilities within the organization. It would evenly be comprehensive of increased protection provision against any network damage form and the maximum reliability provision for most of their concerned users.

4. Stakeholders

The success of this current project would be determined by the working relationship of the stakeholders involved and their effort towards achieving an upgraded organization system. The project top management would include the directors, the company president, and division managers (Eskerod and Jepsen, 2016). There are role would be to ensure that the needed resources and materials would available as well as providing direction and leadership. The project team will include individuals dedicated to this project, and they are involved in the planning of the project. The project manager is the other stakeholder who would be responsible for deciding the assignments and borrowing of resources. The resource manager will have the role of controlling the project manager's resources. The other stakeholders would be the contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers with the role to supply needed resources and the network consultant to deal with the upgrading.

5. Project Design

It is a primary step in the success of the current project. It involves the strategic organization of materials, ideas, and process to achieve the objectives of the project. The project manager will rely on well-established project design to avoid pitfalls. At this stage, decisions concerning ways of management and governance would be made. Also, a project plan would be created and centered on the organization, stakeholders, and project needs at this same stage. The same document would be used in managing all further project stages (Harrison and Lock, 2017). The present project design will involve nine phases which comprise of the project vision, which is modernizing the organization system. The problem would be identified which the poor performance was arising from poor network telephones and IT. In the third stage, the necessary resources that are people, finances, and material needed for the completion of the project would be recognized. The project goals will be identified, which are modernizing the system and improving organization performance. The project strategies would be in place to achieve the goals. Also, a contingency plan would be developed in the project design sixth phase. The seventh phase is the evaluation plan to enable project monitoring. Finally, the budget would be developed, and the entire process would lead to a project proposal.

6. Stakeholders Competencies

There are several competencies needed for stakeholder which are relevant to the elements. The top management and the project manager need to possess the ability to communicate their vision. They should have the capacity to delegate effectively and efficiently organize and manage the task. The project team requires need competencies in problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and technical documentation (Eskerod and Jepsen, 2016). The suppliers of the materials need to have the capacity of handling the company's requirement, commitment, and consistency. All these competencies possessed by different stakeholders would result in the success of the existing project.

7. Project Monitoring and Evaluation

In this project, the monitoring and evaluation techniques will use supervision, appraisal, evaluation, and feedback to make sure that it is progressing toward its goals and objectives. The monitoring would aid in determining how effective will the project inputs converted to outputs (Ward and Thomas, 2015). The evaluation would ensure that the measures progress to objectives and goals. Also, the evaluation will include a periodic assessment of progress, performance, efficiency, relevance, and impact concerning the requirements of the project. The project monitoring will involve direct observation on how the systems are functioning and also interviewing the staffs using it. Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) will also be used where the project manager will conduct chart analysis and compare deliverables. The importance of conducting effective monitoring and evaluation of a project would aid to develop programs, targets, and strategies. Also, the techniques enable the program to be on tract hence improving project accountability and efficiency.

8. Transferring Learnt Skills into Working Practices

While handling this assignment, I have acquired different skills starting from the organization change aspects like change planning, change management, change leadership, and change maintenance. The skills on stakeholders and their competencies in a project; for instance, top management which comprises of the directors need to communicate their vision effectively. The project team needs to have the capacity to solve problem and conflict resolution. I have learned the nine stages that result in efficient project design. Finally, I have acquired skills on the techniques used in monitoring and evaluation of the project. After acquiring the skills, the remaining part is to put them into working practice. First, I will always take consideration of the organization change aspects when I aspire to make any change. Secondly, I will start working upon my communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities. Thirdly, as a project, I will always make sure to rely on an efficient project to avoid any pitfalls in the future. Finally, I will put into practice the monitoring and evaluation techniques that I have learned in any project that I will handle in the future.
