It is not every individual member who is plagued by numerous questions relating to the meaning of life, and however, determination of any grip that this one has on you was strictly suggested by a known Germany philosopher Frederick Nietzsche during the years1844-1900. Philosophers all around the globe had previously made an entertainment concerning the concept that was referred to as the eternal return. Through the view of the universe, we live, it is seen as one of endless series that usually make an occurrence one right after the other which are known to be identical with one another right down towards the tiniest detail. Excluding the presence of the present universe, it is seen a clear proof of fixed laws concerning nature that decides on how it usually unfolds, this includes everything that is concerned with everything related to my existence.

As days continue, the universe is seen to be destroyed by existing cosmic forces, from its ashes there will be a formation of a new universe. The universe will also be shaped according to an exact appearance of nature laws, and so all the events will similarly unfold themselves, including my personal life (Godde, Ben, et al, 2019). The above cycle of life will be seen continuing every now and forever. Psychological studies have given us a piece of information that an individual's happiness declines at the age of 20s and later it returns around at the age of 50. However a "spiritual" or a mid-life crisis as an example will often involve a concern relating to a maximum number of questions concerning fulfillment and purpose.

In part two of the book, "Logotherapy in a nutshell" it means a move in clinical writing style. It is clear that Frankl clearly states that he usually considers himself as psychotherapist rather a psychoanalyst. He also states that his real focus is usually based on logotherapy, and describes it as ultimately less introspective and retrospective than psychoanalysis. The term logotherapy is described as meaning-centered psychotherapy that makes its focus on specified meanings that are supposed to be fulfilled by a patient in future time (Eayrs, Joshua O, 2018). This approach focuses on the patient's confrontation concerning any meaning of his/her life, this is to provide awareness that will specifically allow him/her overcome weaknesses. Frankl makes consideration of strictly representing his view that to strive to search for the meaning of something, it is usually related to a person's primary motivational force.

Conclusion

To finale, in life, different lessons have to be learned by each member of the society in the future. We are always supposed to have different tactics of addressing issues concerning psychology (Miller, et al 2019 pg. 321-325). Some of those issues are known to be more scientific, making a draw on any contributions and tangible experiences related to the researchers. To solve the above issues, members are advised to apply philosophers' methods of using reasonable styles of understanding each other. The style usually used is written the communication to express ideas of oneself. While philosophy usually involves a stipulated amount of gymnastics in mental, rewards usually worth efforts as we strictly begin viewing issues in a new way.
