Introduction
For years the political elites who have close ties with the white house gatekeepers had been dominating American presidential politics until 2008. It had always been a march for a march race as these presidential candidates always shared a well-established background with immense resources and immense popularity among the united states' population. However, in 2008 former united states president Barrack Obama busted into the scenes of the country's presidential politics competing for the Democrat party ticket with a political elite competitor in the name of Hillary Clinton. Clinton was a renowned political elite in the United States and can be perceived to have a close relation to "the white house gatekeepers". The tight race that existed between Obama and Clinton threatened the unity of the Democrats with the manner in which they attacked one another in their campaigns. Obama's narrative of change and his soaring oratory mad him win the nominations and went ahead to win the presidential elections.
Again in 2016, Clinton faced a real threat from Bernie Sanders, who was considered as a minor. However, given the level of her experience at such a level, she managed to win the nominations but lost the presidential election to the Republican candidate, Donald Trump. The outspoken Trump rose step by step within the Republican Party, eliminating all the hurdles he had to deal with as a minor in this kind of game and rebranded the Republican Party in his own style. He went ahead and defeated Hillary Clinton in the presidential election. Now, as a well-established white house elite, President Trump faces competition in the coming presidential election from the democrat party candidate senator Bernie Sanders. Sanders brings another dimension in the American presidential politics scenes. He has taken over the American media, and he now presents himself to the United States' population as a socialist who know the real struggle the majority of Americans undergo for them to achieve the American dream. The moral sympathy approach he has taken is missing among the majority of American political class, including Trump.
How the Bernie Sanders Campaign and His Supporters Be Suited To This Conspiracy Theory Rather Than another Campaign
Conspiracy theory normally holds that the common people within the society are misled by political elites. It promises redemption of lost glory and works on feelings and common sense rather than the laid down structures by experts. One key underlying issue in Bernie Sanders is the 21st economic bill of rights. It is an issue if implemented aims at giving all Americans an equal opportunity to the basic necessities of life regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, country of origin, income, or religion. His competitor President Trump recently canceled the Obamacare Act which was seen as a far-reaching effort by the United States' government to help all its population in acquiring quality healthcare regardless of race, gender, religion, and income. By cancelation of government funding to healthcare insurance within the country, Trump portrayed a picture of a political elite who lacks moral sympathy for the common Americans. It is this wind that senator Bernie sanders s using to steer his way towards white house. If well-worked, Bernie sanders can tilt the balance into his favor since Trump appears to forget the power of the common American population.
