As an organization that deals with consumer service, our main objective is to address the needs of the client. The success of this company is reliant on our ability to consistently impress the consumers and meet their needs. As to achieve these goals, there are some set standards or code of ethics that would go a long way in ensuring we achieve our intended goals.
One of the key principles that should be adhered to by all members of this organization is the virtues of integrity and commitment. It is evident that without integrity in our actions and commitment to our work we will not be able to meet our primary objective, which is to be in service to the client. As an organization in the service industry, our commitment to quality and consumer service that is respectful should always be observed.
For a more effective approach, all employees must practice open communication and show respect to others as a means of achieving a conflict-free working environment. This kind of behavior should be practiced among employees at all positions, and most importantly, the customer. Employees, as well as our consumers, deserve to work and be treated in a respectful way of which I believe can bring out the best in each person and will be beneficial to the growth and development of the organization.
