Introduction
Under this paper, the authors seeks to expose issues surrounding empowerment among women leaders. In the bid to achieve the best results, they carry out the study among black American women. In the process, the author uses the Q-sort methodology to understand and rank empowerment among black American women leaders. The author of the journal provides a range of motivational words and hands them to black women in leadership for ranking. As a result, one fact prevails. The study proves that black American women leaders, just like other categories, have diverse views concerning leadership.

Additionally, the study also utilizes informal interviews to collect data. In the end, the journal’s authors find it critical to have refugee women leaders provided with resources and have their ability recognized and utilized.
