I love exploring the world and learning how other countries do their business. We live in a multicultural world, therefore cultural relativism and cultural competence are good qualities in the world of business. As a business student and a prospective business employee, having cultural competence will help me have an insight into the customers' needs, and what values to associate with for a business to thrive. Traveling across the world also helps build external links with non-American residents which can be the beginning of great business ties. Visiting non-American companies also helps build contact, which might be fundamental for future employability. The international trips make Stern a global networker and definitely I would love this. Every spring break there is an international trip to other countries where students get to interact with the company executives and share their experiences. Furthermore, while learning at Stern, one gets to study in a different country that has Stern branches for one semester. This is a nice experience to have to get to learn about other countries' businesses and cultures.

The opportunity to grow both academically and socially will be important for my business career. The idea of an international business trip is important to help me gain cultural experience. The clubs at the school will equally be important in my social development. Looking at the curriculum, NYU Stern is the best place I would love to get for a college education.
