The ideal goal of the agency concerning promoting ethics is compatible with publicizing good deeds. The agency is also responsible for conducting a thorough background check, such as the verification of certificates and documents before delivering the criminal records. Agencies' role is essential on their attitudes and behaviours as well as the communication and skills ability. The administrators, in this case, have the mandate to teach agency members through an ethical operation with the organizational ethics
Discuss the goals of a victim-witness program. In what ways are targets of a victim-witness program complex or conflicting?
The rights of witnesses advocate is that they also have a conflict of interest with the government whenever the prosecutor wants to represent both the victim and the state. Due to this, the witness has the power to a plea bargain if the victim has no voice to make any decisions. The only time the goals of the victim-witness are conflicting is when the offender is punished under the satisfaction of the state, and yet he is not prepared. If the program is attached to the organization program, they will not differ because all victims must be represented by a legal counsel during the proceedings. Even though the victims should be informed during the proceedings, they should also get reparation and be permitted to write statements if the offender is convicted.
How would you suggest that jobs, such as those in probation and parole, be designed to provide for enrichment opportunities
The residential resources for clients must be critical if the planning is conducted by correctional supervisors. Parole and probation officers must visit and evaluate the residence of the client. After this is done, then it will give them opportunities to collaborate with the correction supervisors on utilizing the electronic monitor, risk assessment instruments and various technological advances. This means that the probation and parole officers must use dynamics that will give them craft requirements which will reduce their risks while adhering to the procedures. Deproffesionalization, in this case, is an inventible consequence when cross-training is conducted to ensure information sharing is consistent from the professionals to the parole and probation officers.
What steps should an administrator take to build a partnership between the agency and formal and informal structures?
As known, there are no particular choices because any agency can have a formal structure but still be in operation defined under the informal nature. Understanding the difference in this case between friendly and legal agencies can assist in decision making. Therefore the only way the administrator can build the partnership is by developing a hierarchical pyramid structure that begins from the top management to the last. In my opinion, the role of leaders in the informal structure is by implementing processes and decisions that are not solicited with the ideas or views on how the company should be managed. The reason behind this is that the informal structures are unique and rely on the collaborative techniques that develop over time.

Federalism only can mediate the political conflict by assisting in setting up the terms that have resolutions. In most cases, the immigration federalism resists and re-enforces the federal policy and the political immigration valence. Therefore understanding the bounds and metes of immigration is vital to elaborate more on the political forces. The limitation, in this case, comes in when the political forces like the noncooperation move resist the federal enforcement to complicit with federal immigration enforcement. Such effects also make the immigrants overcome the zealous enforcement of the jurisdiction.

The difference between the private and public sectors and the tools they use to motivate people are that public areas are within the government agency while private are non-governmental. This means that employee motivation is affected by various work-related factors. Public sectors, for instance, are motivated through work experience and content and more of the balance between family and work life. Private areas, on the other hand, are motivated by career development, financial rewards and a supportive environment.
Discuss why agencies hoard information. If you were advising the director of Homeland Security, what steps would you recommend to promote the flow of vital information among intelligence agencies
The intelligence agencies usually maximize their influence in the executive branches to purse their priorities without interference. The reason why the agencies hoard information because the truth can lead to free riding and loss of influence of the data exchanged. The agencies also fear that the data will create many rivals in their turf like stopping them from controlling any ongoing security operation.
Given that chance, the best way I can promote this is by collecting and utilizing the concept to support decision making. I will do this by forming another structure to obtain the advantage of the adversaries, particularly if it has accurate, up-to-date information and amongst other things, their capabilities and intentions. The rule, in this case, will be applied be it business, politics, criminal intelligence or military strategy.
Consider a specific job within the criminal justice system.
One job within the criminal justice system is the probation officer. Characteristics of motivation to the officer are when there are excellent communication skills, primarily listening. He must understand and listen to court orders while monitoring the activities of the offender. Another characteristic is that he must be an excellent listener to the employer, offender and others near him. Due to this, the probation officer must communicate the recommendations needed on probation terms before the offender faces his charges. Characters that can lead to burnout for the probation officer is making decisions for the offender. In most cases, the choices can make the officer withdraw from work due to emotional exhaustion. The best way to redesign the job is making the probation officer establish a good rapport with the lawbreakers so that they can listen to directions and open up to telling the truth. Other people will not disagree with the change because every probation officer must have a good relationship with the families of the offender and the community at large.

The consensuses of criminal justice organizations can be made possible the model strives to maintain order on the society and to cement the social bonds of counteracting negative criminal challenges. The independent nature of this model is to create a consensus that determines and values the essential function of society. Discuss the ethical issues involved in sharing information about inmates or supervises within a criminal justice context. Can all the information be shared? What about medical, or HIPPA information?
The issues that can develop in sharing information on inmates is that it will break the cooperation and trust in court. As known, the parole is law enforcer that prevents criminal activities from affecting societies. Therefore any information the officer gets should be protected. He is only allowed to share with other officers that know about the case. Similarly, HIPPAA permits doctors to share the patient's information to the medical consultant or payment care.
