Adopting Machine Learning for Easier Organizational Tasks

The project is to adopt Machine Learning to carry out a large range of tasks including financial services, sales, and marketing, government, transport, and healthcare. This project will make sure that the adoption of Machine learning in most organizations can lead to easier carrying out of activities. This form of Artificial intelligence will equip the computers so that they learn and interpret without being programmed to do so. The project is to use the necessary resources to ensure that companies know the value of Machine Learning as it will ease tasks and make it easier to perform duties of the company that may be complex and engaging. It will be such that when the computers get exposed to new levels of data, they can independently adapt and also learn from the computations that they were subjected to earlier so that they could interpret the present data and also make identification of the patterns that may be hidden. This way, the organizations can quickly analyze their data through Machine Learning as the models can identify any hidden insights without programming.

Purpose of the Project

The main purpose of the project is to educate the companies and organizations concerning the Artificial Intelligence type that they can benefit from in the long run. Machine Learning can be used anywhere in the world and it leads to a better transformation. It is of benefit to companies across the industries. The project will ensure that firms can learn to create systems that have the ability to understand, learn, make predictions, operations and also adapt other things on their own. The crucial part of the project is that this type of Artificial Intelligence does not need a human figure to operate it or program it since it can do that on its own. It makes it even economical for companies to adopt Machine Learning which they will use to work on most complex tasks and where large amounts of data are required. The implementation of Machine Learning in the companies' operations will be a step towards huge transformations and automatic improvement of service provision and experience from the company (Lock, 2017).

Achieve a high use of Machine Learning systems in companies - the project has the objective of ensuring that most firms make the use of Machine Learning since its benefits are in majority of their operations and could be easier and more effective if done using this system. Adopting the system will achieve more success for the company than they can expect.

Eliminate problems of data analysis through errors especially where data being handled is huge- huge data is tiresome for workers and it is prone to a lot of errors. However, Machine Learning can perform the computations and ensure that there is a reduction in the problems with data analysis.

Increase the productivity and profitability of companies- advancement in technology come with the benefits of higher levels of productivity for the firm (Maylor, 2010).

Financial constraints- there is a need for research that will be used to ascertain to managers of the organizations that Machine Learning works. The experiments and overall research will use up many costs. The project may require a sponsor to finance the entire activities that will lead to its success.

Time constraints- there is much time required of the project to evaluate the existing use of Machine Learning. There will be a need to deliver substantial results that will be able to convince the managers that Machine Learning will solve their management problems.

Methods of Communication among All Participating Members

Communication between members of the project team will be necessary to determine the go-ahead. The easiest form of communication will be phone calls. These are effective and they encourage the easy flow of work as the members will be aware of the activities of others and what is expected of them. We will have open meetings that will serve as platforms for the members to air their concerns. This kind of forum will make sure that major discussions are held to know the current position of the project and the expectations in the next days. Communication will also be one on one which will promote better understanding. Team members will be required to listen to each other because communication is a two-way street.

Frequency of Scheduled Meetings

The scheduled meetings will be taking place every weekday. The importance of these meetings includes the fact that we will be discussing the project goals to determine what is left to achieve what we have not achieved already (Heagney, 2016). The meetings will also be good for reminding the members about their roles and explain to them how they contribute to the overall goal.
